About the Role:
Buildspire is seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative, sustainable, and functional outdoor spaces that elevate our real estate and urban development projects. You will work closely with our architects, planners, and project managers to conceptualise and execute landscape designs across residential, commercial, and community developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and detailed design drawings
- Integrate sustainable and climate-responsive strategies into site planning
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and design consultants
- Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and 3D visualisations
- Oversee project execution and ensure design intent is maintained on-site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
- Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A portfolio demonstrating a variety of landscape and site planning projects
